  2. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Sportiz, its group companies, affiliates, licensors, sponsors, partners, employees, agents and representatives disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
    • Merchantability;
    • Fitness for a particular purpose;
    • Accuracy, completeness or reliability of information;
    • Non-infringement; and
    • Uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation of the Websites or related services.
  3. Sportiz does not warrant or guarantee that:
    • The Websites or services will always be available, uninterrupted or free from delays;
    • The Websites will be secure or free from viruses, malware or other harmful components;
    • Defects or errors will be corrected within any specific timeframe;
    • The results obtained from using the Websites or services will be accurate, complete or reliable; or
    • Any products, services or information obtained through Sportiz or its Event Websites will meet individual expectations.
  4. Any material, software, documents or information downloaded or otherwise obtained through Sportiz or its Event Websites is accessed entirely at the user's own discretion and risk. Users shall be solely responsible for any damage to their devices, systems or data resulting from such use.

Fraudulent Activity and Impersonation

  1. Sportiz does not authorize any individual or entity to collect payments, personal information or confidential data on its behalf except through its official communication channels and authorized representatives.
  2. Sportiz shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, fraud or unauthorized transaction arising from communications, websites, social media accounts, emails, telephone calls or payment requests originating from unauthorized persons falsely claiming to represent Sportiz or any of its Events.
  3. Any unauthorized use of Sportiz's name, logo, trademarks, branding or identity by third parties constitutes impersonation and may result in appropriate civil and/or criminal legal action.
  4. Participants and users are advised to verify all Event-related communications exclusively through Sportiz or its official Event Websites before making any payment or sharing personal information.
  5. If you suspect fraudulent activity, impersonation or misuse of Sportiz's name or branding, please report the matter immediately to Sportiz through its official communication channels.
  6. By using Sportiz or any of its Event Websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Disclaimer.
