CONSENT

I have read the Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies governing Sportiz and its Event Websites and voluntarily provide my consent for the collection, use, storage, processing and sharing of my personal data in accordance with the applicable laws.

I declare, confirm and agree as follows:

1. I have read and understood Sportiz's Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy and acknowledge the necessity of processing my personal data for the purpose of registration, participation and administration of the Event.
2. I understand that my personal data may be collected, processed, stored and used by Sportiz and its authorized service providers solely for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
3. I understand that my personal data may be processed for purposes including, but not limited to:
   • Registration and participation in the Event;
   • Identity verification and allied verification, wherever required;
   • Timing, results, rankings and performance records;
   • Health, medical, safety and emergency response;
   • Event operations, logistics and security;
   • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and governmental requirements;
   • Communication relating to the Event, including through email, SMS and WhatsApp;
   • Marketing, promotional and archival purposes relating to Sportiz and its Events; and
   • Any other purpose expressly stated in the applicable Privacy Policy or Data Protection Policy.
4. I understand that the collection and processing of my personal data is necessary for Sportiz to administer my registration and participation in the Event and to comply with its contractual and legal obligations.
5. I acknowledge that if I do not provide the information required or withdraw my consent where processing is based on consent, Sportiz may be unable to process my registration or permit my participation in the Event.
6. Where Aadhaar details or any other government-issued identity document are collected solely for identity verification or allied verification purposes, I understand and acknowledge that:
   • Such information shall be collected only where permitted by applicable law;
   • It shall be used solely for verification and related compliance purposes;
   • It shall not be used for any unrelated commercial purpose; and
   • All Aadhaar details and Aadhaar-related information shall be permanently deleted from Sportiz's systems within ninety (90) days from the conclusion of the respective Event unless a longer retention period is required under applicable law or by a competent governmental authority.
7. I acknowledge that Sportiz shall communicate its data retention and deletion practices, including the retention period applicable to Aadhaar information, through an official email to all registered participants.
8. I understand that Sportiz implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard my personal data and processes such data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
9. I understand that my personal data may be shared with authorized service providers, government authorities or other entities only where necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy or as required under applicable law.
10. I acknowledge that I have the right, subject to applicable law, to access, correct, update or request deletion of my personal data and to withdraw my consent wherever legally permissible.
11. I voluntarily and expressly consent to Sportiz collecting, using, storing, processing and sharing my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy and applicable laws for the purposes of administering and promoting the Event.
